I have devised a list for mostly casual play but it may be of use competitively also. The list is as follows:

The beauty of this list is 1. Everything is scoring (sans the deffkoptas), 2. Everything is extremely fast, 3. Everything will have cover saves and armor saves.
Basically a whole T5 army that is extremely durable with a lot of potential to win.

Any and all comments or critique is welcome. Where is this list lacking? What can I do to make it better?

Unfortunately, I think you're trying to play a horde army like an elite army ( i.e. nurgle bikers) and it probably won't work out for you.

Warbikers just aren't that good and a little overcosted. I like deffkoptas, but I would never dump so many points into them either.

This list need more bodies for mass firepower and durability.

Thank you for your input. I generally run tons of boyz but I have had success soaking up wounds with "look out sir"and it's an experiment. To maximize results I'd like to take it vs an army that I've never faced before.
