They all have given the unit info including point costs and weapon upgrades

I've purchased the following dataslates for android devices and have downloaded both the .mobi and .epub versions.

Dataslate: Reclusiam Command Squad

Dataslate: Adeptus Astartes Storm Wing

Dataslate: Tau Fireblade Support Cadre

Dataslate: Be’lakor, The Dark Master

All of them have all the rules and point costs for the units and options in addition to all the description of all the special rules that could be used by those units including the chapter tactics used by the chaplain and the command squad.
