If you decide to use the Stormraven as a transport I'd swap out the Lascannon for the AC. Las = 1 TL shot vs AC 4 shots with rending. You have more chances to glance/ rend/ and can even pen AV14 than a "maybe" to blow 1 thing up with the las. Your going to get close anyways with that MM to get that 2 D6 pen.
