Are you really stuck with all those special weapons because first off I would greatly suggest you get your squads with specific roles. So like your PCS would work best with x4flamers or an autocannon and 2 flamers.

For the future I would recommend sticking with plasma or melta. flamers are decent for horde and overwatch but not great. Do not mix special weapons amongst squads. keep all the special weapons the same.

Also the leman russ is heavy now and has lost lumbering behemoth so if it fires its ordnance weapon everything else snap fires. The battle tank and demolisher should not have upgrades do to this. All other variants do not have ordnance weapons so they work well with upgrades.

I would recommend taking the lascannon off the Battle tank and throw it on the vanquisher.

Also do not squad any vehicles until you are out of FOC slots. so like the x2 vendettas squadroned, unsquad them.

Yeah, I handed in the list after too many brews... I was thinking alot of things and now I'm hoping I don't get trampled too much... Hopefully my servo skulls matched with Coteaz can hold them back from advancing, my major concern is how to deal with eldar shields as I have no DS or outflanking units... Bikers are less harmful as they wont be charging straight away but still a great threat in numbers...

I normally go heaps of snipers, but the mixing is due mainly to points saving, whilst trying to have medium strength and versatile units, things like flamers are purely to protect vunerable units when being charged and meltaguns for lone characters or tanks...
I love sniper rifles cause they are cheap, have decent range, and can be nasty if luck goes your way... So many games I have rolled well with them, as heavy they need to snap fire when moving or firing overwatch, a 6 to hit means a precision shot, another 6 to wound can mean a dead heavy, special, or other nuisance (Hidden powerfists etc)... My brother is running a scout spam specifically for this reason, and to take out characters like Coteaz who has no invun (gulp)...
Its the wave-shields that bug me, I can just go to ground, get at least a 5+ save from the shields then a 2+ from the TL scatter lasers, but I'm expecting my opponent will try and find my order giving units...
Dettas will be in trouble, but I'll have to rectify that mistake with some smart moving, luckily if 1 comes on I get 2 on the board...
Russ is also going to suffer, but I'll make do with it, at least if it suffers a weapon destroyed I'll still have a AV14 anti-tank weapon on the board...

I wouldnt bother with snipers to much. Like you said if you move you have to snap fire them and under the precision shot section you cannot get a precision shot on snap firing so they would need to stay still to be effective.

For heavy weapons you want squads to take autocannons or lascannons. If the squad has an autocannon give them a plasma gun as well. It keeps up with the s7 spam which is good for wave serpents as you can strip hull points. If the squad has a lascannon then give them a melta gun as well. This allows you to keep up the anti tank and high strength shots. Great for penning vehicles and dealing with tough units.

All your squads with mixed special weapons are reallyy bad ideas because every squad is doing a little at everything rather than excelling at one thing. Give squads different rolls and have them stick together.

If you blob any squads together make sure all the squads are generally identical. So like dont mix melta guns and plasma gun squads. all plasma or all melta. Dont mix autocannons and lascannons.

Units should have a specific role and they should stick to it. IG is a very fragile army. They die easily so if you only have 1 unit dedicated to anti tank it will most likely die and you will have nothing to deal with anti tanks. This is the same concept with your squads that that have mixed weapons. At some point you are going to be firing 1 weapon that might do something but all the other weapons will be wasted. I would suggest workingon getting your squads down with having roles.

So for the tourney your pretty stuck with you got and to be honest if its really competitive meta then I dont see you getting to far but I do wish you best of luck. Let me know how you do, and if you want re-edit your list and I can continue to help you make it better.
