It depends on the enemy, but I would consider giving the Rune Priest Storm Caller and ditching of the of the psychic shooting attacks. If you've got a low Initiative enemy, or one with poor (or no) psykers, Jaws rocks. Against high initiative enemies or enemies with decent psykers, Jaws isn't worthwhile. And having the option of Storm Caller's cover save is nice.
I also prefer having diversity in my Long Fangs. Since you get Fire Control for free, being able to put two Lascannons on one target and three Missile Launchers on another is fantastic, with the option of putting all five on one target, if you want.

Well my entire army gets a 4+ cover pretty much all the time. Aegis line and barricades for turn 1, 4+ jink saves for all bikes after that.
Second the split fire on the long fangs is going to be used with the quad guns most games shooting at flyers and the missiles shooting at ground units.

Sorry - I don't run Bikes, and I forgot they get Jink. Having your choice of shooting attacks makes more sense.
Bear in mind, though, that Fire Control is not Split Fire. if your LF Sergeant shoots during the shooting phase, you can't use Fire Control. Having the Sergeant on the Quad helps for anyone coming in out of reserves within 48", but if he fires it during the Shooting phase, then all your LFs have to shoot at the same target, anyway.

Just checked the codex, you are correct the sarge can not fire and still have fire control, the Inquisitor will have to man the Gun instead. I will note that in my list. Thanks!

No worries - it's a standard Space Wolves strategy to put a Rune Priest on the Quad Gun, who can then bless the unit and then get a bonus BS from his Chooser of the Slain (including with Interceptor/Skyfire!), while the Sergeant does... pretty much nothing except give Fire Control, or help with Overwatch and cc, if they get charged.

Looks good. If you know how to use bikes, this will be a big headache for some of the top builds.
I agree on 2 las cannons and 3 ml. Just nasty.
I also like a powerfist on the grey hunter with mark. Can't be singled out.

Um. What?
You can't single out a Grey Hunter with Mark of the Wulfen... except with a Precision Shot/Hit, in which case the Powerfist won't make a difference. Also, MotW means you're attacking with hands and teeth, not any weapons, meaning you've spent 25 points for a PF that you'll never be able to use...

Love your ideas guys, but any thoughts on what to give up to afford them?
Where would you suggest I find 30pts for 2 las cannon upgrades, or 15pts to upgrade mark of wulfen to a powerfist.

Don't upgrade the mark guy, the fist goes on a generic guy. I was doing it wrong.  If I had to choose one over the other, I would take the 2 las cannons.

If you make your GHs more focused on infantry, you can take two Flamers, saving you five points (or a Flamer and a Meltagun, still saving you five points). Cut one Long Fang altogether, knocking off twenty-five points. Those thirty points allow you to upgrade two remaining LFs from Missile Launchers to Lascannons. Two Missile Launchers, two Lascannons, and a the Quad, with Divination buffs from the inquisitor, firing at any one or two targets will be a nice punch.
I don't have the new C;SM for White Scar prices, so that's the best suggestion I have...
