Brother, this needs some work.

At 2k, bump the captain to a master.

Your 9-man tactical squads need to be 10. By having 9, you can't combat squad! It's one of the greatest things about being marines. In objective based missions (most of them), you can almost double your scoring units.

A dreadnought with Lascannon and Heavy Flamer? What the heck is going on here? It'll never get to use the HF. You need to either go with 2 long ranged weapons and keep the venerable OR buy a drop pod, switch to Ironclad and go Meltagun+HF or HF+HF. If you're dead set on venerable, at least go normal MM+HF and give it a drop pod.

You cannot have 5 heavy weapons in a devastator squad. You aren't space wolves. Max is 4.
