Does the Thunder Hammer double the strength of the bearer before or after the spell Enfeeble reduces the strength and toughness when in close combat? I am inclined to say no since it only doubles the users strength when making a melee attack with the weapon and enfeeble was in effect before the attack, however, I would like to be sure. Thanks!
