I've been working my way through my growing nids force at a reasonable speed for painting/assembling but realised that I have yet to flex my converting muscles on the project yet. I'm assembling a good number of warriors at the moment and felt the need to add a prime into my growing force for a cheap HQ option in low point games. Using some spares from my other kits aswell as the majority of an actual warriors I've mocked up what I think is a pretty reasonable prime model for the swarm but would love some feedback:



Picture doesnt show it too well but there is a gaunt burrowing up behind him.
