Looks solid. Maybe drop an incubi to further trick out your archon. Drugs, soul trap and a venom blade. 8 incubi and a con will murder just about anything at 1250, so you can afford to drop one and round out the HQ.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

At this point level this list looks very, very potent. Your transports provide plenty of long range fire that will grind down alot of other armies, your ravagers provide some pretty decent AT and your incubi Archon unit will be a beautiful banshee of death and devastation. I do have a quick question though, your unit of wychs is in a venom with a NS, what are your plans for that unit? The combination seems to simultaneously want to stay 36" away and close with the enemy so I'm just curious.

The proper response to everything is yelling "Pudding!" because crazy works.

It's a take all comers list, so he is prepared to face/not face anything. Say if there are no vehicles worth haywiring then nightshields help the venom stay effective at range and helps keep his SCORING wyches alive.

My only concern is that you have a single, very fragile, very deadly and very expensive unit. THAT is where every single las-cannon and HYMP will be aimed and it will go down. If you don't get first turn, then that's a lot of points down the drain if terrain isn't in your favour. What I would suggest is swapping the Archon and Incubi out for the Baron and a Beastpack unit. They are much harder to kill all of them, they have more wounds and can pile on a LOT more wounds then Incubi. Say for the same points as Archon + Incubi (421pts) you get the Baron (105pts), 10 Khymerae (120pts) and 6 Razorwing flocks (90pts) and 5 beastmasters (60pts) for less points (375pts) which is arguably just as fast as they will be getting a second turn charge just like the Incubi would, have roughly 5 times as many wounds and put out round about 3 times as many attacks on the charge.

Admittedly these are at AP- (36 of them rending) but that many attacks will put a dent in ANYTHING, terminator armour or not. It just seems like a better use of points for a take all comers list because Incubi won't help much vs Tyranids or Daemons, but a beastpack is scary simply due to amount of attacks. It also helps vs deep striking because it can have a large footprint and they do better vs vehicles due to large amount of strength 4 and rending. Anyhow think about it, or better, math hammer it out, you will like it.
