I just ran across this site:

http://www.smartmaxstore.com/

The models look awesome. I am not quite sure on scale though. Anyway, if anyone has any experiance I'd love to hear from you. And if you have pictures of the models, and how they compare to 40k, or DUST figures that would be even more awesome.

They're listed as 1/35, which is slightly too big for Warhammer et al (which is in the ball park of 1/48)

So some might work as larger beasties (daemon princes and the like) but nothing appropriate for infantry scale models.

They have some awesome miniatures that could be used for the Inquisitor RPG/Miniature game. I just don't see much explanation about the game/ game system? Maybe more in french.

I have the Golem and Mekali from their Smog range - and use them in a fantasy steampunk game - the non human critters can be used for any scale - just mount on an appropriately sized base.

But the human figures... are definitely out of scale for 40K.

The scale is around 54 mm compared to your average warhammer at 28 mm. I guess that their robots could maybe be used as Killer Kans or something else suitable.

Actually the scale is 50mm (1/35) and not 54mm (1/32) - this is stated on their site and you can also read the individual models height. The size difference is about 9% and is more substantial than you would think if compared to 54mm figures. I was surprised when I first got mine as they seemed tiny til I realised they were a smaller scale (than 54mm).

The human figures are definitely too big compared to 28-32mm figures, but the quality and detail is really nice. The proportions don't really work well with GW style either. A bit too pricey in my opinion, but nice non the less.
