I am selling a Warhammer Storm of Magic Eternity Stair & Dreadfire Portal Terrain Set and Army Books (Beastmen, Dwarfs, and Bretonnia)

The books are lightly used, and the terrain is new (the plastic wrapping has a few rips in it)

Just trying to get this out of my house, I do have some out of date books too (Lizardmen, Dark Elves, I think one other) that I will throw it just to clear space.
