I'm entering a tournament and they have a special section for Zero Dpam lists. No units twice (bar troops, and you can have more than one unit only after you've taken at least one if every type). No duplicate dedicated transports. Anyway, trying to see whether to enter this category, I've come up with this list:

Necrons / CSM allies

Destroyer Lord (sempiternal weave, mind shackle scarabs, warscythe)

5 x immortals (night scythe)

5 x warriors (ghost arc)

9 x scarabs

6 x wraiths (4 with coils)

Doom scythe

Annihilation Barge

3 x spyders

Demon Prince
(Wings, Psyker level 3, black mace)

10 x cultists

Heldrake

The thing is there will be plenty armies there who will be fielding standard tournament lists. Can I leverage wins against a majority of opponents? Should I take another scoring unit? And if so, what should I drop to do so? And what should I take? My plan is to start the ghost arc and the cultists in reserve obvs, with the flyers, meaning none of my troops start on the board...
