Mhm i think both Ironclads should have a Drop pod and stick to one missle instead of two :3

Drop the ironclads for 2 more normal dread with double twin autocanons.

Drop the bike from techmarine.

Take another bike squad with 6 bikes and attack bike with pts saved, and if needed drop vindicator, and swap it with a stalker for some needed aa.

There is only one ironclad in the army. And got some other normal dreads with other options. I dont have the budget to buy new models.

Sorry meant the ironclad and other dread.

But you could just proxy them as normal dreads with double autocannons? I think it would help more then drop poding then down and hoping they don't die (unless you use the FW drop pod that lets you deep strike and assault same turn).
