I was looking over the Daemons Codex this past weekend and saw the Slaneesh Seeker Chariot. Now regardless of how good the unit may or may not be, can you do a sweeping attack with it? The Chariot Sweeping Attack rules in the BRB talk about attacking a unit the chariot moved over; however, the seeker chariot isn't a skimmer. So can you perform a sweep attack with it?
