Found this on clearance for $10 today: McFarlane Toys Micro Ops High Ground Gate. Maybe a little small, but not by much. Certainly works to block LOS - and definitely a good start if you wanted to use it as the basis for a larger piece of terrain. Thought I'd drop the tip while folks might be out Xmas shopping in case you run across it or other pieces from the set and wonder about the size.

While I make a lot of my own terrain, I have to admit, for those who don't have the time or space to make their own, this is decent fast alternative.
