How dead set are you on Taking Drycha? Because a Glamour Weave life Wizard would be MUCH more helpful via Flesh to Stone and Regrowth. You also only need 3 of those Dryad units, you could drop the 4th one in favour of some Wild Riders (They are forest spirits) for help War Machine Hunting. It's a sad fact but Drycha is just weird, she isn't great in combat and her magic is laughable for a lord level character and her tree-deepstrike only works if you are guaranteed a heavily forested board, not to mention the Weaver could do the same to some extent with a MoonStone.

We're hosting a small tournament in a few weeks and one of my club mates is running an all elf wood elf list so I'm bringing a no elf list

I've seen people do a quite easy conversion where he had Dryad-Centaurs as Wild Riders, I am sure you could easily do the same with the Spellweaver as a Dryad-Centaur. If you are doing an all tree army you are severely limiting yourself when simply by adding Wild Riders and Eagles and stuff it could become an effective army.

Those are gorgeous looking realistically I'm only hoping to finish mid table with this list I just need to avoid the blood and glory mission
