I thought it would be appropriate that Ahriman got a different scheme than his Aspiring Sorcerers, which all have red robes. Sorry for the bad pictures. While the 2nd Ahriman is definitely brighter because of the light, I realllllly brightened up the gold on the model compared to how it was. Anyway.. Here's the original:

I agree, the purple does that man justice.

Red works a lot better in my eyes.

He looks very good with his accent color as purple, it would be lesser for one of the original to wear anything less royal.

New one looks alot smoother, i think its sick, the only thing i would try is to air brush the outstretched hand scorpion green a bit like he is casting a spell, but thats just me lol.

Like the wardrobe change. Definitely better gold highlights, too. Something about that face is still just begging for a thunder hammer, though.
