Ok , I`m in a challenge with a Dark Eldar Archon with a squad of Incubi . I challenge he accepts. He fails his mind shackle scarabs and lashes out at his unit and attacks me normally. In a challenge we are assumed to be in btb so I argue he should strike out at himself not the unit and not be able to attack back. Suggestions??

He'd hit himself and lose his "normal" attacks directed at you.
(To add to why he'd not hit his unit : the FAQ mentions being in a challenge as a reason for attcking yourself instead of your unit)
