"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

It took me all evening, but here is my first requit for a deathwatch killteam.
I have a bunch of bits and 6 primaris bodies, so I think it's the perfect project.
I have no killteam shoulder armor, but those should work.
Which chapter the next soldier should be? And his weapons?

With that hairstyle he seems very Space Wolf.
Also have to comment on the Nurgle-crab-beastie above, hard to believe its a toybash, looks like something I would've eagerly bought from Rotten Factory.

Deathwatch guys looking very interesting, and I must second the praise for the nurgle beasty. Unbelievable that it is not an official kit
Thanks for sharing

Thanks.
Here a test piece for the kill team.
About the nurgle thing, to be honest, the head is from an official GW kit.

The DeathWatch squad is complete.
To be honest, I was bored in the end and finished it quickly.

Kill team looks great! What do you think of GW returning Deathwatch to the Imperial Agents codex rather than getting 'their own'

I had some eldar and elf bits around and I put togheter this lad.
Not sure what it is, maybe a scout, maybe an exodite, maybe a name character. The pose is a little weird, maybe I should rotate the legs a but.
What do you think?

The pose on the raider is pretty good. Rotating the legs may help it feel a bit more natural, but then you run into the 'all my leader figures are leaning one direction!' challenge. I don't mind it, definitely screams leader pose.

Forget Orktober, this is Gobtober.
I finally (almost) finished this project after months. I did the first 5 goblins ages ago, but now I have a decent set of troops.
Almost all of them are made with old parts. Skeven legs and bodies, goblin heads and lizardmen arms. It's incredibile how the skaven bodies are a better fit for the goblin than the ratmen themselves.
And I love the skin color of my not-green evil jungle rascals.
Very appy with these.
I'm too lazy to post everything here, so check the link.
