Is it possible to equip a terminator lord with a storm shield (or the shield eternal) the primarchs wrath AND a ccw?

Moving to YMDC

Each weapon/shield that is not part of the standard wargear will tell you if you need to replace a weapon or not in order to equip it to your terminator captain.

Page 164 will tell you how many weapons a terminator captain would have.
Page 164 will also tell you if you need to replace a weapon, and how many if you do, to take a storm shield.
Page 159 will tell you if you need to replace a weapon, and how many if you do, to take the primarch's wrath.
Page 159 will also tell you if you need to replace a weapon, and how many if you do, to take the shield eternal.

As long as you don't have to replace more weapons then you have then you are fine. That being said If you have to replace a weapon for each relic you plan to take you may or may not be able to take more then one relic. The wording in the book is often gets interpreted to mean both you can and you cannot have more then one relic that replaced a weapon. GW has failed to put out an FAQ on the matter.
