I am trying to make my models convertable (not completely magnets) but just for my sergeant's arms, my special weapon's arms and backpack, and my vox caster's back pack, is there anyway I could make these convertable not with magnets my hobby store is out and not restocking for a little while I was thinking sticky tack (dont blame me if its a bad idea) would that work? What are other things i could do to make them convertable if thats a bad idea? Thanks!

Blue tack isn't an awful idea. another option is to just pin it.

If the fit is right it should hold in place. (glue the pin into only one side or neither if the fit is proper.)

Use pins.

Drill a hole in the arm and a hole in the socket. glue a bit of paper clip or similar into the shoulder hole (make it a nice tight fit) and then slide the arm onto the pin.

Not a terrific solution but i've seen it work to some extent.

Pins sound like a good idea I might try that.

Pins and a little tack works. I have seen a warhound done with "gravity locked" pins. Pins are set at a 45 to vertical so that when the piece is set in the weight of it holds it in place instead of pulling it out.
