* 5 x Assault Marines w/ Flamer
- Land Raider Crusader w/ Pintle Multi Melta

Fast:
* Baal Predator w/ TL Assault Cannon and Heavy Bolter Sponsons
* Baal Predator w/ Flamestorm Cannon, Heavy Flamer Sponsons and Pintle Storm Bolter

Heavy:
* Stormraven w/ TL Lascannon and TL Multi Melta
* Stormraven w/ TL Lascannon and TL Multi Melta
* Vindicator w/ Siege Shield


Mephiston is still fairly versatile with his normal set of powers. Depending on the situation, Biomancy can help him become even more survivable, especially if he gets both Iron Arm and Endurance. The Land Raider Crusader has some pretty decent fire power and is good for holding objectives and protecting the Assault Squad. I generally outflank with the Baal Predators. The two Stormravens are used as my main anti tank weapons. Thanks for your time! Please rate, critique, comment or whatever else ya'll do!

Good list. Im not a fan of razorbacks but I see the mech theme you are going for. You have afterall chosen the best razor loadouts imo.
That landraider is very much needed in your list to protect those assault marines. Especially with such little scoring.

He's somethings I would look at...

1. 2 SR is one too much at 1750. Lots of points that could be used elsewhere.
2. LR are a huge points soak and big targets. Eldar, Necrons and Dark Eldar will have a field day on it before it does it's job.
3. It is real easy to get rid of 3 five man squads so you won't be able to claim objectives.
4. Mephy is your only H-T-H. And he would do well if you had a priest just for him.
5. I don't see a lot of long range. Even using 2 SRs. Twin lascannons on the RBs are nice to have.
6. If you have two Baals then use them like have them. Flamestorms for both and infiltrate them. Nothing else on them will free up more points.
7. Vindi's are fun but more fun in 2s.



As always, take this with a grain of salt. Everyone's playing style is different. Run your list your way and see if it works. Then make changes as you see fit.

I dig it. This is more or less how I would run BA. The lone Vindy is still out of place. I think trading it for a 4th scoring unit would be best; failing that, a third baal for additional anti-horde.

I think double stormraven can tear up lists, and BA have the best missiles. I would recommend keeping it as some people just can't tank them down and AV12 is strong vs all the quad guns. I agree the vindicator should be dropped, maybe should be a baal predator though, they support each other better than a vindicator.

The Furioso well travel in the Stormraven

I think the Furioso should have Fist+magnagrapple instead of talons. Your list isn't hurting for horde control with that many baals, the crusader etc. Can you afford a pod for it? Then it's in T1 causing trouble and you don't have to risk A) pushing it out the door while zooming and risking an immobilization or B) dropping your lone raven into hover.

The fragnought is better than the talonnought in almost every circumstance. Still has S10 at init 4. Still have anti-horde control. And rends. Blood talons are so incredible overrated because WS 6 still hits WS 1 on a "3". And wounding fails on a "1". The extra attacks on the talons don't add up to much in practice without prescience.

BA marines are overcosted, but I'd still lean towards 20 or 25 of them in a list this size. Dual Stormraven will tear up many lists, so I feel it's as good as anything. Just don't leave home without hurricane bolters. And extra armor. I've seen so many fliers die to stunning.

Wounding fails on a double 1 ;-). But yeh prescience is needed!
Always better with 2 ravens!

I guess. The Raven is pretty average. I don't fear Stormravens; I don't know why anyone else should.

Excellent lists IMO. The only bit that feels awkward to me is giving up the tremendous capacity of the LR to deliver goodness directly into CC by only having a squad of 5 to deliver!

Don't take this the wrong way, but the best I can ever give any BA list at this point is "average".

Put in a fragnought, and I'd give this list a solid "average" rating.
