I am using the newton and windsor range of brushes, but I was recommended these brushes- Pro Arte acrylix.
and I was wondering if anyone else has used them.

I have found that they hold and shed paint and keep their point much better than the newton brushes which are really for water colour.

The reason people say the Sables are the best is because theyre thinning the paints right down to be very similar to water colours - milky acrylics. And then they layer them up for nice blends. The High end water colour brushes lend themselves to this, but not so much with thicker non-thinned acrylics.

'Ain't nothing crazy about me but my brain. Right brain? Riight! No not you right brain! Right left brain? Right!... Okay then lets do this!!
