I've somehow managed to glue rather solidly a thing into the wrong place.
It's a square-ish block of plastic and I've managed to end up with the flat of it glued onto the underside of my Valkyrie, near the front of the troop carrier bit (Just behind where the cockpit would go).
This has the annoying side effect of stopping me from being able to attach the cockpit onto the hull, due to the botton of that sticking outwards, and is supposed to be glued to where this block of plastic is.
So. Does anyone know of a way of safely removing this thing without damaging the hull? (I used humbrol poly cement, if that helps)
Failing that, is there a good method of cutting apart a length (about a couple of cm wide) of plastic?
EDIT: The block of plastic is the part that holds the valk to the flying stand, so I can't just destroy it. :( Automatically Appended Next Post: Nevermind, a quick google search informed me that once dry, the effect is permanent, due to welding the two plastics together.
So I used a pair of garden shears to slice the plastics that are meant to go to the underside of the Valk off. This seems to have solved the problem, though there is now a small gap I'll need to fix.
