You've got 4 nob bikers, -four-, for (rounded) 270points.
You could get 8 snazzed out gits + a dok for that price, or 10 bare-bones gitz, or some other combination.
Considering orcs are largely weight of numbers, that squad's only got 1 power klaw, and you already said you're going "shooty", the Gitz would serve you a lot better. Unless you got absolutely -awful- ap rolls with them every turn, but at the same time it's really not very hard to kill a measly 4 nob bikers (or make them run).

More Lootas is best Lootas, they are about the only reliable ranged support you'll get from Orks. Also, you can do the whole MegaBoss trick to make them Relentless and somewhat more survivable.
If FW is a thing, you could look at some Supa-Kannons. Those things are shooty as hell, and fairly affordable to boot on a Big Trak or even a BW (though that will mess with your Boyz composition)

For an ork army, you have fairly minimal amount of targets. If how I am envisioning this is correct, you have only 6 targets to start the game (assuming nobz and boyz start in the BWs). If you're opponent doesn't have something that can crack AV14 reliably then your bikerz are going to die horribly and quickly. If they do, then you can expect to lose some BWs before they get into threat range. You may find that you just don't have enough targets to give your opponent issues.
