He is referring to your triple helldrakes. You are turning yourself into "that guy". Nobody wants to play against that and with three drakes you encounter the law of diminishing returns. Just stick to one or two drakes.

gotcha yea i play against the other "guy" who plays enclave with 4 riptides so not too far off

Well forgefields are generally considered too expensive for what they do. Better to take 3 obliterators for the same points for longer range (36" plas cannon instead of 24" ectoplas cannon) and more options
I'd throw a power ax on your plague marine champion. If you cant find the points, toss a gift of mutation.
Other than that you have cultists obliterators and drakes. There is no list those guys arent good in.
so that leaves your term lord.
What're you doing with your termlord? With that PFist I imagine ur rolling bio and putting him into CC?
