Does anyone know if IMPERIAL ARMOUR FOUR - THE ANPHELION PROJECT will be updated with a second edition like THE TAROS CAMPAIGN was this year?
Its my favorite Imperial Armour book by a mile given I play Red Scorpions, Elysian Drop Troops and Cadians but its actual rules are quite out of date and am wondering if its worth waiting for a possible 6th Edition update/re-release sometime soon before I pick it up

It's possible, Taros came out not too long after the Tau release. It's quite possible that IA4 will follow suite sometime after Nids in January. There is no official word on it though, AFAIK.

Red scorpions and Elysians have already been updated for 6th and virtually all of the 'nid units have been printed elsewhere since.

It would be nice to get an updated version of the rules for Captain Culln, though.

I think you can probably expect it in 2014.

That is for the chapter master version of Culln. He used to come in captain form, too.

Oh why wouldn't you want to run him as a Chapter Master? I don't know if they will update him to stay as a Captain as the fluff has progressed some involving his Character. It would be playing Farsight without the Dawn Blade or Shadowsun without her XV-22 Stealth Suit.

I would like to see IA4 updated so the Elysian D99 list was legal once again, it's quite different from the current Elysian list in what it represents. However, I think right now there are other books that could use an update more, so I would rather see those updated.

What I'm most hoping for is SoB vs DE with a full new line of resin SoB, lots of new units and variety, and some DE love as well including super-heavies for both. I'm not exactly expecting it though, awesome as it would be.

Wasn't under the impression that you couldn't take more than one Chapter Master.

One of Culln's special rules does not allow any other Chapter Masters to be present in the primary detachment, captains are allowed though

I agree D-99 had some cool special rules and nice flexibility in the list which is slightly different to the current updated Elysian rules also having I4 guardsmen would be nice
Though to be fair the Inquisition Codex and Allies allows me to essential run that list legally using my Elysian and Cadian armies and Inquisitor abliet without special rules
