Has anyone used the new citadel line with the dry necron compound color? If so do I add water to the mix to use it or what's the deal?

Thanks

Its specifically for dry-brushing, is purposefully thick and marshmallow-ish for that reason.

Dry-brushing could be done with any paint, but these thicker ones make it easier to be consistent with how much colour is on the brush, they're nothing necessary for painting or even for dry-brushing, just kind of beginner friendly stuff or handy for convenience.
