Subject: Twin-linking occupants firing from a transport?
I run IG with DA allies. If I use prescience from a librarian on a chimera, will it also have an effect on its occupants shooting from the hatch? I suspect no, but I wasn't able to find anything referencing an issue like this.

Negative, as they are two separate units the only way it can effect both is if it contains instructions allowing it to target both the transport and embarked unit at the same time.
