Monstrous Master Moulder

Space Cowboy Cruising Around Olympus Mons

Hey everyone,
Haven't had a lot of time to paint but my skills are getting better and better (not the best but not garbage either haha)
I tried inks on the wraithguard and also did some wet blending on the skaven weapon but I don't think it is the best (only my second or third time trying that technique)

Here are the two latest models I have painted hope you enjoy and any advice or critique is appreciated!

Both are nice clean well done models.

I would say the wraithguard could use another highlight on the main body. Pure white very watered down, and just at the corners. As well as small dots on the gem shaped parts.

Also I would apply a decal as the head is super clean paint wise but a little too clean. Just gloss varnish first, apply the decal, gloss varnish again, and then matte varnish. This will hide the clear parts of the decal, and then knock the shine off of it.

Also a design on the loin cloth would be cool too. A trick is to draw it on with a No 2 pencil. Then once you have it like you want it just paint in the lines. You could use that trick on the head.

Or apply decals to both. While the model looks clean I think it would go from nice to "that's cool" level.
