Hello. I have been trying to make a unit that is a crossover between Khorne Berserker
and Rubric Marines and I would like some other opinions.
So far I have developed these stats for them:

WS-5, BS-4, S-4, T-4, W-1, I-5, A-1, Ld-10, Sv-3+/4+*
Points per troop: 25 pts
Unit Composition: 6-12
Rules: Fearless, Counter Attack, Move Through Cover, Sorcery Rounds +5 pts per model (custom)
Wargear: type 1- Psy Rifle (essentially a Bolter but is Assault 1 instead)
type 2- Bolt Pistol and Power Axe
type 3- Bolt Pistol and Power Fist
type 4- Power Mace
type 5- 2 Lightning Claws

Sorcery Rounds: Allows selection per salvo of one of these 3 round types Scourging, Spirit Captor, or Carnage.
Scourging: S-5 AP-3
Spirit Captor: S-5 AP-4 Ignore Invuln Saves
Carnage: S-3 AP-1 Re-roll missed To-Hit rolls

I feel that the they are fairly balanced for 4th and 5th edition games

I like it overall. Ignoring Invulnerable saves is... really, really powerful though. I don't think anything else in the game does it. Maybe give it Instant Death instead? Captures the flavor of stealing souls, but doesn't make the unit OP.

Also, what's with Move Through Cover? Seems odd to give it to them.

Besides the ability to totally ignore invulnerable saves, I feel like this is pretty good for 25/30ppm

I gave them Move Through Cover because they are supposed to be good siege troops and that rule helps them move through the defenses and rubble quickly. I like that Instant Death idea, I'll try it out

Ok how about this for the Sorcery Rounds instead:

-Scourging: Strength 6, AP 3

-Spirit Captor: Strength 5, AP 4, lowers Initiative and Leadership of a unit by 1 per every 2 members killed by this round type

-Carnage: Strength 3, AP 1, re-roll any miss hits
