Hey guys, I love slaanesh and so far I've been playing a mixed God daemon army, I have to say however, that daemonettes are incredibly impressive! I'm wondering what the community thinks about the following list!

HQ:

Keeper of secrets, Greater,greater

Troops:
15 Daemonettes
15 Daemonettes
15 Daemonettes
15 Daemonettes

Fast Attack:
10 Seekers of slaanesh

Heavy Support:

Daemon Prince, Slaanesh, armor, wings, greater, greater, mastery 3

Daemon Prince, Slaanesh, armor, wings, greater, greater, mastery 2

Daemon Prince, Slaanesh, armor wings, greater, exalted, mastery 3

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, I could see it working. It's like the flying circus list with one less FMC and many more other units. Are seekers any good?

I only own 10 seekers. So far, they're ok. Definitely fast, but get shot to bits on the way there...

As for labeling it a "Flying Circus"... I don't see what other options daemon players have than running daemon princes. Not many other things in our codex are good answers to mechanized lists. Sure daemonettes take out rhinos with rending but still.

We don't have tanks like other armies so we've really not many other options than the princes and it would be foolish not to give them wings in my opinion. I don't think we should be condemned by the casual player as much as we are for bringing them...

Im going to preface my statement with, this list seems pretty solid, as it is almost a flying circus. My one critique in this list would be to have fate weaver in the mix. with 3 FMCs and the ability reroll grounding checks, and to reroll grimoire for the keeper or whomever you decide to put it on is way too big not to have in a list like this. Also re-rolling the warp storm table is absolutely huge as well, having -1 invuln save is pretty terrible at any point in which you get it. I know you are going for an all tzeench list but you should at least test the list with and without kairos.

Wouldn't mind adding in Fateweaver, but the problem I've faced is simply my points restriction.

The initial idea of this list was to play 3 princes and see how many daemonettes I could throw on the table. As it is the list is 1860, I just don't see where I'm getting the points for Kairos.

Also, I'm aware of his benefits and how much he's almost an auto include, I'm just thinking with the way my list is set up, I think I could recover from rolling instability on the warp storm, or maybe not...

Either way, Slaanesh is my favorite chaos god and I've been itching to throw together a slaanesh list.

I run a very semi similar list and here is how mine goes:

1850 Flying Circus
Chaos Daemon HQ:
Kairos Fateweaver – 300 pts
Keeper of Secrets w/ exalted gift, greater gift, mastery level 3 – 270 pts

Chaos Darmon Troops:
Plague Bearers x 10 w/ plagueridden – 95 pts
Plague Bearers x 10 w/ plagueridden – 95 pts
Daemonettes x 8 – 72 pts

Chaos Daemon Heavy Support:
Daemon Prince w/ daemon of slannesh, dark flight, warp-forged armor, mastery level 3, greater gift x 2 – 330 pts
Daemon Prince w/ daemon of slannesh, dark flight, warp-forged armor, mastery level 3, greater gift x 2 – 330 pts
Daemon Prince w/ daemon of tzeench, dark flight, warp-forged armor, mastery level 3, exalted gift, greater gift – 355 pts

Total Points: 1847 points

Or my variant with CSM allies for horde killing is:

Chaos Daemon HQ:
Kairos Fateweaver – 300 pts
Keeper of Secrets w/ exalted gift, greater gift, mastery level 3 – 270 pts

Chaos Darmon Troops:
Plague Bearers x 10 – 90 pts
Plague Bearers x 10 – 90 pts

Chaos Daemon Heavy Support:
Daemon Prince w/ daemon of slannesh, dark flight, warp-forged armor, mastery level 3, greater gift, exalted gift – 340 pts
Daemon Prince w/ daemon of slannesh, dark flight, warp-forged armor, mastery level 3, greater gift x 2 – 330 pts

Chaos Space Marine HQ (Allies):
Daemon Prince, mark of tzeench, black mace, power armor, wings, gift of mutation, mastery level 3 – 350 pts

Chaos Space Marine Troop (Allies):
Chaos Cultists x 16 – 80 pts

Total Point Cost: 1850

With both lists having portal glyph on the KoS and grimoire on the Daemon Prince (Tzeench in first list or Slannesh in second) And if you wanted to you could swap out the plague bearers for daemonettes within the list as they are they same price.

I like this list. You could always swap out one or two of the DPs for a Soulgrinder and some Heralds for those Daemonette squads. Daemonettes become so much deadlier with a Herald and Locus of Beguilement. Make 'em ML 1 and hope you can snag Invisibility a couple of times.

I like Seekers, but have found that as a single unit by themselves, they tend to get shot to pieces before they ever make it to assault range. They work best with two units (or if doing multi-diety) a unit of fleshhounds or screamers.
