Looking for some input on a 1500 List I have just finished building (literally, in this case, as the amount of scrapings and cuts I have can attest) for Chaos Daemons. I figure it's going to be one of those lists that either win hard, or lose hard.

The reason I made the list is simple: I like the idea of a Khorne list (though bloodletters are terrible) and I like Monstrous Creatures. And winged monstrous creatures are the gak now a days, so, I figure, it'll be relatively cheap to put together...

Turns out that was a lie.

HQ:

Bloodthirster - 2x Greater Rewards - 290 (Warlord)

Bloodthirster - 1x Greater Reward, 1x Lesser Reward - 280

Troops:

Plaguebearers - 10x Plaguebearers - 90pts

Plaguebearers - 10x Plaguebearers - 90pts

Heavy Support:

Daemon Prince - Khorne, Wings, Armor, 1x Greater Reward, 1x Lesser Reward - 250pts

Daemon Prince - Khorne, Wings, Armor, 1x Greater Reward, 1x Lesser Reward - 250pts

Daemon Prince - Khorne, Wings, Armor, 1x Greater Reward, 1x Lesser Reward - 250pts

Total: 1500pts

I figure I'd make sure that each character has at least one of each reward type, as, if they roll badly, they can get 2 Specialist Weapons for the extra attack, or, at the least, they can pick up an Axe of Khorne or Greater Aetherblade/Blade of Blood, depending on what I am up against. The Plaguebearers would do their best to hide behind a ruin, and, if they can manage it, out of Line of Sight on an objective. Ideally, they'll literally sit and do nothing all game. With Shrouded they can withstand most fire (with the exception of Eldar Wave Serpents, who they'll have to pray to their festering boss for line of sight blockers)

I was also thinking that, down the road, I try running a GUO or LoC instead of one of the other Thirsters, just to mix it up. It'd go against my All-Khorne monsters idea, but, it'd be easy variation.
