I'm looking to build five of these inquisitorial henchmen with power axes and storm shields, anyone know what models would suit?

It depends, there's a lot of options depending on how you want your wanrband to look.
For my own, I've used some WFB Empire State Troops and some guitar string for cabling/bionics to sci-fi them up.
You could for for an almost Arbites look, giving them riot-style shields.
You could use any kind of fantasy/historical Knight models with some bionics/wiring.
Use IG models with scratch-built axes/shields.
Converting is probably your best option, as aside from the official models, nothing really fits the 40k look completely. Hope this gives you some ideas, though.

Mine are elysians with forgeworld empire shields and random power weapons from various over kits.

Mine are just various paladin models from across a ton of ranges. The best part of an inquisitorial retinue is that they don't need to be uniform. They are after all a band of people the inquisitor has hand picked from all over the universe.

The forgeworld boarding shields with inquisition symbols would be a good addition to a lot of models. I use some of the stock models (converted to have axes) and some Urban War models (these are very cool future-roman type dudes)
Be aware that in the new inquisition codex and the sisters of battle codex, crusaders are limited to power swords only. So if you are using the grey knights rules, power axes are still fine, but be prepared to have them axed (haha) when an update comes along. Doesn't bother me though, I just play my axe-using models as having swords.
