Another option I'm thinking of to take to a tournie. This would be all the Tau models I have so I can only subtract there rather than add. Let me know what you think I can improve upon.

Can you find cheaper marketlights somewhere? I realize you stated that you can't add models but hear me out.

I'm thinking a squad of 10 Kroot for your Troops choice and a squad of Pathfinders in the Fast Attack slot, for a total of 104 pts. Right now a single Shas'ui with a BS4 has a 50% chance of landing the single markerlight (or equivalently, missing). A squad of 4 pathfinders only has a 0.5 ^ 4 or a 6.25% chance of missing all their shots. Then you can reserve the Kroot as a bonus and bring them on for late game objective contesting. Or you could even take an additional Pathfinder, a total of 5 models, and 115 pts. and 4 more markerlights than you have now. Investing in both of these squads is a lot of bang for your buck as both of them are regular picks in tournament lists, and are generally strong in pick up games too. Or maybe if you have the drones for it a drone squad and a Drone Controller cmdr to attach them to (2 BS5 shots - 2.8% chance to miss).

If that's not an option, could you trim down the squad of 10 firewarriors to 6 and still pickup a markerlight? A 10man squad is a large point investment if something smaller can get the job done (I don't have my dex in front of me while I'm writing this, but iirc a 6man squad can still up one of the Sha'sui to take the markerlight option).

My take home point here is that Fire Warrior markerlight support is expensive points for what you get out of it! Especially here when you won't even be able to use the Scour rule (requires 2 tokens) so you're really only giving 1 unit (Riptide or Broadsides) a +1 BS bonus (assuming you hit your mark at BS4 on the single shot, 50% chance).
