You can find the rules for the standard renegade ogryn at forgeworld. I thought there were only five normal renegade ogryn though, from what I can see in the forgeworld website.

Wondering Why the Emperor Left

Currently there are no updated rules for 6th, but if you google there is an updated Renegades and Heretics PDF that isn't listed on the Forge World site. When I emailed them FW said they were working on various 6th updates and they hoped to get the update out asap, but currently Renegades and Heretics and Eldar Corsairs are still unfinished.
I don't know whether they're any good but I imagine they aren't the strongest possible choice.

Yeah I have an entire nurgle plague zombie guard army using zombie and cadian parts that look pretty good and I can have them count as plague zombies, renegades or normal guardsmen.

I use 'em quite a bit in my Vraks army. The nurgle ones last a bit longer than the plain ones but both can cause a lot of damage against big soft units or anything slower or as slow as them as they get a lot of attacks (way more than imperial versions) if you role lucky. Hard bit, just like regular Orgyns is getting them into combat.

Are Ogryns intelligent enough to go renegade?
|
It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised. |
