Hey guys, veteran player but new to DE. What is the consensus on the viable Dark eldar units? To my knowledge it's basically:
Kabalite Warriors
Venoms
raiders with splinter racks
ravagers
maybe their flier?
Am I missing anything?

I'll agree with most of what you have listed, but here's a little better breakdown of what I see as "standard favorites". This isn't an army list per se, just units that I see competitive lists tend to use in some combination.
HQ:
Baron Sathonix attached to a beastpack (beastmasters x3, khymerae x 5, razorwing flocks x4)
Haemonculi with liquifier/venom blade... also makes wracks troops, which is why they are listed under troops.
Archon (not sure on wargear because I think he's kinda meh)
Duke Slisus (I don't use him, but many have success)
Elites:
Incubi 3-5 in venom (often w/ haemonculi to add the starting pain token)
Trueborn (3-4) in venom, all with blasters
Trueborn in venom with splintercannons
NOTE: any time I list a venom, it includes the add-on splinter cannon... might as well be standard.
Troops:
Wyches (5) with haywire grenades in venom (suicide vehicle kill unit)
Kabbies (5) in venom with 1 blaster
Kabbies (6+) in raider with splinter racks
Wracks (5+) in venom or raider and 1 with liquifier
Fast attack:
Beastpack (as above, but only with Baron Sathonyx)
Reavers with blaster(s)
Heavy support:
Ravager w/ 3 darklances and night shields
Razorwing jetfighter with flickerfield
Other thoughts...
Don't take disintegrators on raiders/ravagers. They're good, but what you need are darklances.
The jetfighter is good, but I rarely take it anymore. DE need to overwhelm at the start to win and waiting for a unit in reserves hurts too much (to me).
Add on flickerfields and night shields are good on most vehicles. I don't generally use them except where noted above, but many do.
Any other units/toys have some uses, but generally less than those noted. The following are generally sucky and you should probably stay away from. If you come up with a good use for one of them, by all means, let us know:
Court of the Archon
Mandrakes
Hekatrix bloodbrides (just not enough better than wyches and are not troops)
Hellions
Chronos Parasite engine
Voidraven bomber
Webway portal
Any other vehicle upgrade
Pretty much any squad character upgrade (maybe grotesques)
Hope this helps.

Disintegrators are fine, I use them on all 3 of my Raiders for killing armor 2+ or 3+. You get enough Lances from other sources including trueborn.
I listed my DE list and some other info on your other thread django.

Playing in tournaments with DE alot I highly rate Haemonculi, Wracks, Trueborn, Ravagers, Venoms and Reavers. Use the haemonculi to give Reavers pain tokens on turn 1. Additionally I typically add a small contingent of Eldar, Farseers are great with a unit of Reavers, Crimson Hunter is a better plane than the DE ones and Windriders are ace.
Haemies I usually take naked.
Wracks, 3 man, Venom, Nightshields, sometimes grisly Trophies
Trueborn, 5 man, 2 Splinter Cannons, 3 Blasters, Venom, Nightshield (great 2+ save killers)
Ravagers, 3 DL, Nightshield
Reavers, 6 man, 2 Heat Lance, Cluster Caltrops

Defo with the reavers, I take 6-9 with cluster caltrops for every 3 reavers. Turbo boost for a 3 up jink hit a unit with blades and then hope that a heldrake (or 3) dont come and finish you off. People spend that much time trying to take out the reavers that they forget about the little wych unit about to haywire their tanks and take the victory.
