So I wanted to try making an Eldar list that doesn't include tanks or Jetbikes.
I'm not fully abandoning these units and will propably use some in variants of this following list, I just want to see if there is a way to make Eldar a decent army without a single Wave Serpent.
Be harsh and tell your opinion! Here we go:
HQ
Autarch - 135p
- Warp Jump Generator, Deathspinner, Shard of Anaris
[Is the Shard needed? These guys aren't going for CC if I'll get to choose]
Elites
Wraithblades - 160p
[The Axe/Shield version. I want them to survive because they will be the meatshield pushing forward and protecting my squishy Eldar]
Troops
Dire Avengers - 160p
- Exarch w/ Shimmershield and PW
10 Guardians - 110p
- HW
10 Guardians - 145p
- HW, Warlock
[Or a blob of 20 Guardians instead? Also, what HW's would do?]
Fast Attack
6 Warp Spiders - 149p
- Exarch w/ Spinneret rifle, Fast Shot
Heavy Support
War Walkers - 140p
- 4x BL's
C&C appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

I recently ran a 1500 point footdar list in a tournament that took 3rd . It was very effective and fun.
Heavy weapons on guardians I would do bright lances for anti tank, or shuriken cannon for more DAKKA. I personally like a blob of twenty but then you only have 2 troops instead of 3.
I would drop the sword for an extra body or two in the warp spiders .
Looks good and fun just might consider a spirit seer to make the wraith guard troops instead of the autarch, who IMO is not utilized to his full potential with master strategy

Executing Exarch

I second the Spiritseer idea. They are what warlocks want to be, and function as 2 warlocks and then some. You would not only get the troops, but a very functional psyker with decent leadership and stats. You can still take warlocks as well, but spiritseers are far better. Run the seer with the wraithblades, or with guardians. Either works.
The shard of anaris is pretty overkill for 1k games and the things you need it against, you don't want your autarch fighting. Take a scorpion chainsword for a quick dirty weapon, maybe a banshee mask in case you NEED to charge.
Either scatter lasers on lances for the guardians. You seem to have heavy AT down, so the lasers would be my choice.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Guarding Guardian
|
Just my opinion.
Run...
2 farseers stock
2 warlocks
2 guardian blobs of 20
X2 bright lances
1 squad of war spiders stock
2 warwalkers w/ 2x scatters ea
You'll have about 55 points left over.
A farseer and a warlock in each guardian squad. Looking for guide or prescience, but more importantly fortune. Use guide or prescience on 4 brightlances to cover the AT. The warwalkers should be able to cover anti-air and horde armies well.
The biggest thing, I believe, with footdar lists is board control. Having an effective deployment can mean everything. Going second is, again in my opinion, much greater of a game winner for the footdar lists. Eldar move fast on foot or mounted so the second turn should help capitalize on game grabbing objectives.
Again just my opinion on a solid footdar list,

I was concidering Autarch
1) to have more high-BS shots with Deathspinner.
2) to give the Spiders even slightest of chances if someone assaults them.
3) to get the +1/-1 for reserve rolls to make sure that my Spiders get there in time.
But the idea of Spiritseer seems intresting, I will most definitely concider it!
But on the other hand, why not both?
Second version of this list:
HQ
Autarch - 95p
- WJG/Deathspinner
Spiritseer - 70p
Troops
Dire Avengers - 160p
- Shimmershield/PW-Exarch
Wraithblades - 160p
- Ghostaxes/Forcefields
Guardians - 255p
- 2x Shuriken Cannons, Warlock
Fast Attack
Warp Spiders - 115p
- Exarch w/ Fast Shot
Heavy Support
War Walkers - 140p
- BL (x4)
