I'm starting to plan out my second 40k army and I want to start with a ridiculously fun list so I'm curious as to how many daemon princes I could bring in 1500pt and 2000pts. I know I would have to bring chaos daemons allied with csm so before I buy both codexs I would like to get an idea if I can even bring a ton of these. They are my favorite models and I want the belakor model. That is what started all of this. Any help or advice would be great!

You can have 6 DP'S another FMC and then Be'Lakor not sure how many points that is but it is as much as you get under 2000pts. Of course of 2000pts it becomes 13.

Dp really do need wings/flight and 3+ armor. People usually get psychic powers for them.

Dp usually cost 250 or more when optiminally upgraded.

U still need minimal troops of plague bearers and cultists.

Do primary daemons and ally csm.

U need to pick the hq that unlocks dp as heavy choice.

Pick a dp for second hq with portaglyph as exalted gift

Take minimal troop

Take 3 more dp as heavy

Ally csm
Belakor

Cultist

5 DP's and Be'lakor is one of the most competitive lists in the game right now.
