Yeah, my CSM codex cost 30% less than retail by ordering it from the USA (via a German website) and paying shipping.

As for the codex, I'll probably read it from the beginning, making my way slowly toward the end.

I will never play Tyranids, so I will only read it to grasp what my opponents will be able to do. I will read it in whatever format is made available to me first that doesn't involve me paying for it.
