I'd personally prefer to have another squad of cultists, drop the larger warrior blob, and have an additional annihilation barge. Also, what Psycher level is your DP? I'd rather some of that stuff rather than the black mace.

The DP is not a Psyker - Just a straight up combat weapon. I've not used him or CSM before (1 practice game only) so I'm not seeing the benefit of a Lvl 2 Psyker over the Black Mace. His role in this army is distraction and Armour/MC/Infantry/Anything killer. Some spells look good and rolling up a good Telepathy/Biomancy power would be great but it's a little random for my liking and the Mace looks exceptional - Happy to hear how others have used him differently or think he is better kitted out as a Psyker ect?
An Aegis line would be great but I just don't want to reduce the blob size to fit it in as I think this list relies on the blob tanking everything if the reserve rolls are poor. 4 extra bodies or a better cover save.. You might be right but I like the peace of mind of a large blob that can jump in some Ruins or Area Terrain as a poor man's Aegis Line.
Have you considered the following? Nix the warrior blob, add an identical squad of cultists, add a second barge and I think that leaves you enough for an aegis line with no quadgun for guaranteed cover.
