Boosting Ultramarine Biker

This guy seems to get a lot of attention but how do people use him? What units does he join and what disciplines do people roll on?

He's a total badass for the price. I usually envision him with dev cents rolling up all kinds of divination goodness.

You can play mantis warriors and get prescience on those devs for a mere 65pt librarian.
The advantages of Tiggy are the rerolls on the divination table. If not going for divination you may as well get Severin Loth instead for 175pts and just choose your powers instead. You then get free apothecaries with Red Scorpions CT.
If wanting ultramarine CT then Tiggy is worth the points!

Unless your group doesn't allow FW. Or the tourney.

That's true. But its not like they can use the usual 'its OP' excuse because Red Scorpions and Mantis Warriors are not, or the 'not everybody has access to the rules' since they are free online.
Hopefully the anti-forgeworld venom will continue to lessen each month.

Unfortunately, it seems that FW acceptance is going hand in hand with Escalation, which means I'm probably out.

Hellish Haemonculus

I go Telekinesis for Gate of Infinity. Any rolls leftover usually go to Divination or Biomancy.
Units I run him with include Devastator Centurions (Grav Cannon) or Sternguard. The ability to teleport these units across the battlefield is a lovely advantage. In a drop pod heavy list, locator beacons will prevent both scatter and subsequently the loss of guys in the warp. You can also do this with a Farsight bomb, and if Farsight is your warlord, you will never scatter.
I've also been debating giving him Biomancy and Divination powers and running him with some ogryn.

Tiggy is a bauss, no reason not to take him.
I love using him to give Prescience to my Russ tanks and leave him back in Cover, much to the ire to any of my enemies. His best tables to roll on are Divination, Biomancy and Telepathy. I like using Tiggy in conjunction with a CCS led by Creed too. Lots of orders and powers fit together well.
His Hood of Hellfire makes failing a test and Perils wounds pretty rare, his Rod of Tigurius is also nice as it has Soul Blaze on top of Concussive. His Gift of Prescience is nice if you're wanting to kind of your troops to enter from reserves at your discretion.
Prescience is a spectacular consolation prize if your roll (and re-roll) don't go all that well on the Divination table. The rest of the table is pretty good to great, the only one that is really situational is Scrier's Gaze.
I prefer to use Telepathy to get Psychic Shriek, hard to beat that power as a Primaris that can totally tank some beefy units with high Toughness (Wraithlords come to mind). The rest of the table kicks some butt too, but Psychic Shriek is hard to beat if you're rolling poorly.
Biomancy is fun to try to get Life Leech, it can help replenish wounds lost from the very rare chance of a Perils on Tiggy. It is also a very potent shooting attack at short range. Iron Arm would be better on a character with better stats in CC, plus Tiggy shouldn't be assaulting people, although gaining EW is nice. Enfeeble is great in combo with IG infantry shooting, Endurance is better used on troops who have heavy weapons (Devastators), Warp Speed is pointless for Tiggy unless he is trying to dodge JOTWW lol. Haemorrhage is great if they're wimpy T infantry and is a cheap way to wittle down large units.
So, like I have tried to explain a little, Tigurius is one of the best Characters in the game. He's not a goliath, but his value comes from being a Swiss Army Knife of a character.

Resolute Ultramarine Honor Guard
|
He drops with 9 honour guard and uses telepathy powers. Nothing quick like invisible banner boosted honour guard coming down with three other pods (usually sternguard and tacticals). If someone wants to get cute and assault my alpha, I can usually remove them from play. Automatically Appended Next Post: He can then hop from squad to squad as needed.

Tigurius + xeno inquisitor with nades + 50 man mellee platoon with nades = Win.
4++, rerolls, probability to get some nasty stuff like relentless+fnp for entire platoon or another -1t with maledictions. Just imagine. U get + 1 str making guards s4, then you get -2t on a model from nades and enfeeble. And then you reroll missed hits. Who's gona survive dat? And what if you get furious charge with Creed or Straken? That's just theory ofc but even if you get half those buffs with Tigurius - they're a fearful deathstar.
In my previous game they killed Be'Lakor on his charge before he even struck blows with just 6 regular guards hitting with nades. I was lucky with that psycho-stuff inquisitor nade that rolled "u hit the enemy automatically" but also if i had positioned properly i'd have more models hitting.
If i could put him in a 30 shootaboy'z squad - i would. But this combo Tiggy + inquisitor + platoon is awesome.
