So as the title says would It be possible for an Ordo Malleus inquisitor to borrow the GK gear? Either for his own use who or perhaps his personal retinue of supermen or whatever he chooses to surround himself with. I know the GK are the Ordo Malleus' chamber militant but how involved are they? I know some inquisitors are so crazy they will use things like daemon hammers or trapped daemons etc but would they be able to even get their hands on the GK gear since its so expensive/rare.

Thoughts?

Generally not, because the Inquisitor is not the same size as a Space Marine. He would not be able to fit into their armor, wield their swords or guns, and all that sort of thing.

Apart from that, the Ordo Malleus is the folks who create all the stuff the GK carry. It's not so far-fetched that he is influential enough to get a few human-sized versions of certain things. Of course, if he's particularly Radical, this may raise some eyebrows elsewhere.

The GK, being the Chamber Militant of the Ordo Malleus, are pretty much at the beck-and-call of the Inquisition.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

It'd be more likely that the GK might have their serfs/servitors manufacture a piece of equipment to 'gift' a favorite Inquisitor with.
