Thought I would have a go at conceptualizing Chapter Tactics for loyalist chapter counterparts to the nine traitor legions. Enjoy, and please comment constructively.

Spoiler:

Chapter Tactics (Night Walkers) - Night Lords
- From the Shadows: All units with this rule gain +1 to Cover saves during the first turn, becomes a 6+ Cover save in open ground.
- Night Vision: Grants the Night Vision rule.

Chapter Tactics (Star Hounds) - World Eaters
- Unstoppable Wave: All units with this rule re-roll failed Pinning tests and re-roll Run rolls of 1.
- Bloodlust: All units with this rule, after winning in close-combat, must consolidate towards the nearest enemy unit.

Chapter Tactics (Eagle Blades) - Emperor's Children
- Crusader: Grants the Crusader rule.
- Martial Pride: All units with this rule must always issue/accept challenges when applicable. If they fail, they suffer -1 Ld if they are made to take a Moral test for losing the combat.

Chapter Tactics (Wardens of Eternity) - Death Guard
- Intractable Advance: May re-roll Dangerous Terrain tests. Sweeping Advance rolls suffer a -1 penalty.
- Chemical Resistance: Must re-roll failed Toughness tests. Poisoned weapons wound only a roll of 6.

Chapter Tactics (Luna Suns) - Luna Wolves/Sons of Horus
- Spear Strike: Units with this rule that are in reserve can re-roll reserve rolls of 1.
- Merciless: If there are more Luna Suns in assault than the enemy unit, the Luna Suns gain +1 Attack, which strikes at Initiative 1, for each Luna Suns model in base-contact.

Chapter Tactics (Heralds of Truth) - Word Bearers
- Charisma: All Morale tests are taken on a 3D6, taking the lowest two die.
- Strike Them Down: Must always make Sweeping Advances, and can re-roll Sweeping Advances of 1.

Chapter Tactics (Star Children) - Thousand Sons
- Circle of Power: Grants the Brotherhood of Psykers rule.
- Warp Resistance: Grants +1 to Deny the Witch (stacks with other such bonuses). Vehicles gain a 5+ Invulnerable save when targeted by enemy psychic powers.

Chapter Tactics (Shadows of the Emperor) - Alpha Legion
- Preemptive Strike: All units that don't have Scout benefit from it for the first turn of the game.
- Dead Accurate: All models carrying Bolt Pistols, Boltguns, or Sniper Rifles benefit from Precision Shots (even non-Characters), but only if they remain stationary.

Chapter Tactics (Steel Warriors) - Iron Warriors
- Siege Expertise: Units with this rule are immune to Pinning and gain Feel No Pain (6+) against enemy Blast weapons.
- Fortified Firepower: Units firing from inside a fortification belonging to this detachment (including vehicles) gain +1 to their Ballistic Skill when firing Blast weapons.

They essentially have "Chapter Tactics" for all the traitor legions in the Horus Heresy books. Looks to me like you've already borrowed most of them for the chapters you've talked about.

I hope in 7th Ed, Chaos Space Marines get some sort of "Legiones Chaos (Legion goes here)" Special rule to make up for the fact Chaos marines are kind of bad.
