Please let me know what you think about the the Lord configurations. Also, how do you feel about the troop configuration? I have left open some space for Melta Bombs here and there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is a good start, nice to see youve got the 2 baledrakes and obliterators, the best units IMO

You will want transports for your troops (rhinos, maybe a landraider), and what is the plan with your slaaneshi lord?

The transports are an issue that I have been thinking about, and I think I can drop one obliterator and get rhinos for all the PMs. As to the NMs, I was planning to keep one unit in reserves, with the Slaanesh Lord, and then bring them in as cavalry and possibly flank. The other unit of NMs would be be for sitting on a deep objective, or for paving the way for the PMs.

The bike unit is clear out objectives, with cover from the baledrakes.

I like it! Don't go for rhinos, they will die easily and give away the First blood VP and not add much.

Add a combi-melta on your biker sergeant to make it 3 melta shots once you arrive from outflank. But on that subject you can't have MoN on your bikers and have a MoS character join them, illegal. So right now I don't see what your Slaanesh lord joins since everything except NMs have MoN..? Change the bikers to MoS + add the Icon of Excess for FnP. Your Lord has no Inv save so would benefit greatly from at least having FNP..

Your Nurgle Lord also has no Inv, so I guess you rely on T6 for not dying. Since he is likely to be your warlord I would at least try to give him AoDG.

Also, why not 5 sonic blasters in the NM squads?

So needs some small modifications, but looks pretty good.

I'd give a brand to the Nurgle lord if you plan on running him with your bikers.

I tried to run a bare MoN biker lord with brand, it does wonders.

Interesting idea, outflanking with the NM's attached to the MoS lord on a steed. It is just that that is quite a points sink for just the ability to walk from the flank with a shooty unit that ignores cover anyway and won't be able to keep up with your lord (or your lord will have to go infantry-speed). If you're going to do that, run him LC/PF so he can threaten vehicles on his own (carefully).
