A Nob on a Warbike with Cybork body and a painboy in the unit has the following saves:

Cover: 4+ (warbike)
Armor: 4+ (warbike)
Invul: 5+ (Cybork body)
FNP: 5+ (Painboy)

I understand that I only apply one save plus the FNP, but normally when a unit has a Armor and Invul save you denote it like this: 4+/5++

How do I properly denote the save of the Nob?

That way,then left

That's not a rule question, but it'd be 4+/5++ with FnP and 4+ cover

Just like that, then add the special rules after it. Units should have those noted anyways so you don't need to go through your Codex everytime.

So 4+/5++, Exhaust Cloud (4+ Cover save), FNP. (HoW, Jink, Relentless)

Noting the Jink rule is probably useless but who knows - maybe there is a situation where they lose the smoke but get to keep Jink.

there are models such as Eldar Reavers that ignore jink specifically, but none that ignore cover and allow jink.
