As the title says

It says "By the Design Studio" or whatever, but in White Dwarf it's usually Robin Cruddace talking about it as the authority.

I can't believe that Cruddace wrote it, because this Codex is basically written to erase every trace of Cruddace's ideas from the last Codex without contributing much new.
