Only thing I don't really like about the list is MoT on the Sorc simply due to power restrictions, though having the 3++ is kind of awesome.
Still, I'd seriously consider swapping the MoT for a spell familiar; ALWAYS being able to get your psyker powers off when you need 'em is worth way more than the piddly 15pts we have to pay. Plus as a level 3 you're rolling lots of caster checks.
