Looks fairly solid. I would drop the EML's from both guardian squads for...well basically any other weapon. They all have merit(although you probably want a starcannon or shuricannon if your meched). The EML is just too expensive for what you get.

Combine one of the windrider squads to make a better bodyguard for your farseer.

More warp spiders are never a bad idea.Exarch is nice but by no means required.

Most people will say the crimson hunter should never take starcannons, but they are OK if you plan on using it primarily for AA. Just make sure to use vector dancer to hit rear armor on any aircraft.

Fire prism should never be in range to use the shuriken cannon; if it is the cannon won't save you. Use the main gun for long range, and the catapults as a last ditch effort.

It would be nice to shoe in a spiritseer. Dropping the EML's for other weapons(or no weapon on the mech guardians)a spider(or exarch stuff), and some chin cannons would get you one. Less killing power, but more psychic support(and wraith support) along with scoring units.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

For the Waveserpeants, drop the Cannon its not needed IMHO you probli will move more than 6in and if you do you can only shoot 2 weapons at full BS(SL Serpent Shield(most likely))

Id find the points to give your Wraithguard D-Scyths they are sooooo good.

I have never been a fan of warp spiders id swap em for swooping hawks. thats just my opinion i know everyone else will argue it.

As for the warwalkers i think you are wasting 15 points buying 3 xtra SL. If you just stick with 1SL 1 Shuriken Cannon you actually have a higher chance of causeing more damage w/ this combo. On average you would get one less hit but you can cause rending wounds w/ halfof the shots ((6SL =24 shots non TL 1/3 will miss =18) compared to(3 SL= 12 shots non TL 1/3 miss = 9 + 3 SC = 9 shots TL 1/3 miss= 3TL rerolls = +2))) So for the SL you have 18 total and for the SL SC you have 9&8 where 8 can cause rending wounds.

And with me the extra 3 shots is necessary, as thats 3 extra shots a turn, adding up to 12-15 extra s6 shots over the game by the serpent for only 10 points.

@ninjafiredragon: i play w/ dscyths on my wraithguard, to find the points to do this i drop my SC off my waveserpents.

D-Scyths are better IMO and if you are moving with your Waveserpent you can only snap fire unless you are doing the waveserpent shake(shifting them an inch)

Well serpents with 5 man dirven squads inside should always have them. Because you never move the serpent more than 6 unless you have to, which is rare. I would drop shuiken cannons of bikes for the points for the d sythes, because the serpents shuiken cannons will be tl, while the bikes arnt.
