Which takes precidence when a walker fires (Chaos Defiler) Ordnance? Is it that as a vehicle it can only fire snap shots or that a walker may move and shoot everything? May the walker assault in the same turn it fired Ordnance?

The Defiler may move, shoot its Battle Cannon freely, and assault, but it may not fire any other weapons if it fires its Battle Cannon.

Specific (Ordnance weapon) trumps general (Walkers firing)

Nothing about a being a walker or vehicle contradicts or overrides Ordnance so they still will have to snapfire everything.

A walker can assault after firing ordnance.

It can snap fire other weapons
